Competitor Weekend Overview
If you have not been to the Cold Lake Region of Alberta, you are in for a treat. With vast tracks of forest and beautiful lakes, this is a Sportsman's paradise. Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake (4 Wing Cold Lake) is located right in the town of Cold Lake. This is the largest fighter base in Canada and it employs over 2000 people.
Note: We remind all competitors and visitors to abide by any and all posted rules/laws as the Military Police take their jobs quite seriously. No alcohol or pets will be allowed on the secure airfield/event grounds.
VIP Competitor Experience
As a VIP competitor or VIP guest you will enjoy many perks. In addition to being the stars of an event that will attract thousands of
excited spectators, your meals will be catered in the main Competitor/VIP area. Expect delicious food, dessert and your choice of
non-alcoholic beverages. Nightly accommodations and after hours meals are your responsibility. There will be unique competitor
gatherings/car displays held at restaurants and lounges in and around Cold Lake on Friday and Saturday evenings. You will also enjoy
various perks including military displays, special photo opportunities, and much more. There will be commemorative memorabilia,
special gift bags and the opportunity to socialize with many interesting people.
